Ingredients for Matar Paneer Recipe
- Step-1: Heat oil 1 tablespoon in pan.Fry paneer cubes till golden brown than keep aside. Add roughly cut onion tomato and green chilli,ginger,cashewnuts. fry till goldern brown
- Step-2: Saute till light brown place aside till cool at room temprature. grind in mixi by add 2 teaspoon water.
- Step-3: Heat oil in pan , Add green coriender, red chilli powder,puree than mixe well than add green peas,Add turmeric and salt.
- Step-4: Cook well by adding water if needed. End add paneer and garam masala cook for 2 minuites.
- Step-5: Serve with laccha paratha,chapati,roti,naan etc.
