Ingredients for Hydrabadi Paneer Recipe
- Step-1: To prepare this delicious dish, take a heated pan with oil and fry the paneer cubes,than keep aside.
- Step-2: Take A bowl add curd grind coriender and pudina (mint) leaves, some chopped ginger,garlic,green chilli in ginger. Grind it than add all spices along with kasturi methi and paneer fried cubes than mix well.
- Step-3: Cut onion into slice,chopped tomato,chopped green chilli and garlic.Take a heated oil in pan and fry cumin seeds, black pepper, cardemom, add onion slice and chopped garlic strain till its loose. Add coriender powder and red chilli powder, spices than add chopped tomato fry strain properly till water evoprate.
- Step-4: Add mixture of coriender and pudina (mint) mixture. Simmer for 10 minuits.
- Step-5: Once cooked, transfer the dish to a serving bowl and serve hot.
