Naan is a leavened bread hugely popular in South Asia. In India, it’s one bread that’s always on the menu of every party, wedding, birthday etc. Naan is made with basic ingredients like flour, yeast, water/milk, sugar and add some yogurt to it keep it soft and nice.

Ingredients for Garlic Naan Recipe
- Step-1: Mix together flour, salt, sugar and baking soda in a parat. Add yogurt and mix. Add sufficient water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step-2: Cover with a damp muslin cloth and set aside to prove for 30 minutes.
- Step-3: Dust your palms with some flour and divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
- Step-4: Place them on a flour dusted worktop, drizzle some water on top and flatten into discs. Top with some garlic and coriander leaves.
- step-5: Heat a non-stick tawa. Drizzle some water on place a naan on it and roast, turning sides, till evenly done on both sides.
- Step-6: Brush naans with some butter and serve hot with a gravy dish of your choice.
